Thank you for shopping with Homeport Rally. Because many of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through third-party production partners, we ask that customers review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selections made by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color preference differences
- Minor placement variations in printed designs
Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund the item.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos showing the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund
Lost Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered, but you cannot locate it:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
Homeport Rally is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled because items are processed specifically for your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective:
- Personalized or custom products
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel or hygiene-related products
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us or our fulfillment partner.
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks involving:
- Confirmed delivery
- Evidence of fulfilled orders
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
